Scoob. It's not that bad, it's just expensive as hell.   For some reason I have to fill out the individual weights on the custom form for every single piece in the box.    ....and it has to add up to the shipping weight.  So according to the gobment, I have to use weightless boxes and packing suplies.

For example, an $8 small flat rate box can go to Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the virgin islands and weight 70#s.

That same box going to Canadia can only weigh 4#s and it's $22.       What's really bad is I can send that same box to Australia for the same money.

That's a tough one.  The very first mod I do to all my car is find that damn buzzer and kill it.

That being said, the most common cause of batteries going dead in the middle of the night is the fan delay relay.   Have you already removed yours and smashed it with a hammer yet?

When you were running with 4 fouled plugs, the O2 was seeing additional unburnt oxygen so it adds fuel...

..which makes it worse, and it add more fuel..  etc..

On your two white plugs, do they look steam cleaned or solvent washed?  (AKA when you lick them, do they taste like gas?)

I've got a 215/220 roller and my vacuum kit works just fine.

the booster has a check valve that stores maximum vacuum it sees.  I don't care what cam or engine you have, any time you do a throttle chop, the manifold vacuum goes through the roof.  That's how the booster gets charged.

As far as actual powermaster advice goes....    the only tidbit I release is ''toss it''.

Even if you fix it, it's going to break again.

Nope, that is provided by the ecm

http://www.vortexbuicks-etc.com/tcc_lockup.htm

As I understand it, the egr can only be in effect when the car is getting a signal from the third and fourth gear switches in the valve body and the converter is locked which means the car is cruising at light load.  Since the modern chips remove the egr function, it matters not whether the switches are working.

They don't affect the actual converter lock up.

I'm pretty sure the ground path inside the ECM come from the switches.  It's been years since I looked at the internal schematics.   The image on your page just shows that it is a ground inside the ECM on the TCC circuit, it doesn't show where it gets the ground.

And they 100% control TCC lockup.    On my original transmission, I had a flaky igntition feeling on the interstate and it was the TCC rapidly unlocking and locking back up.  New switches fixed that.

When my car sat after being stolen, my new Dynatech transmission lost both it's switches while sitting (which is very odd considering they're NC switches).  They just miraculously went to open.

Two new switches restored the TCC and the powerlogger could see the gears again.

I just looped the engine oil cooling hoses together.

Don't do that. Remove the oil filter, remove the nut, and then take the sammich adapter off.  The filter will screw directly onto the oil filter adapter.

If you ever decide to run an oil cooler again, get a biggie adapter and put the sammich adapter back on.

Make sure the bolt that holes the wiring to the ignition module is backed out about 1/8 turn.

If it's ran down tight, it can cause really odd shit to happen.  (like randomly cutting off from time to time)

Just turn off the WB tracking and you'll have a 5.7.

and save $125 on the downgrade.

Possible an alky light.  Or something connected to a hobbs switch like a booster pump or some other hack.

Been this way for the over thirty yrs I've been fooling with Buicks. Plenty of sellers gone by the wayside over the yrs and many had a business model that didn't include product on hand.

No kidding. I don't even consider myself a real vendor, but everything I have listed is on the shelves in my home arcade.   I don't drop ship anything.
