Need Help With Shock Settings

I was given a price of $120/shock for the Bistein.  That isn't from the owner.  The owner always gives me a much better price but I have to talk to him.

Rock Auto has Frt and rear Bilstein B6 series for 86.00 C$ each and 53.00C$ for shipping via USPS.  395 C$ + $9.95 Customs
