A lot of broken parts does not make you a racer; it makes you a slow learner.

It flashes fairly high on launch. It's a 16930...suppos edly they stall at 3000 at zero pounds boost. I was up against a Sportsman class Mustang tonite...and you can tell by the reaction time it spooled fairly quick. I rolled into the lites last...and they dropped 'em. The laptop I have for the track doesn't have internet. In the morning I'll transfer the file to this laptop...and I'll send it to you...and give me your take on it.

One other thing Steve. This convertor came out of a 9 second GN from Montreal. It may very well have been cut open and reworked. Jack Cotton does a ton of work for this guy.

Good to see you beating on it in sept! Cooler air has got to be helping some too.

It rained the entire day here...and it dropped to 48F when I made my run. I could see my breath it was so cold and damp. Temps are suppose to moderate this week...and I'm gonna get out Friday nite and dial the low gear fueling and timing in.

16930's used to flash to 3400-3500 as I recall.   they have always been a damned good converter.  Just seems to me that it is flashing a bit high for a 6262 and may be hurting the first part of your run

You've been at this longer than I have...so yer' prolly correct about it flashing a tad high. AC makes a solid convertor...an d used ones can be had for a song these days for those on a budget. Wish conditions were better last nite...as I wanted to pull low gear fuel and add a tad of low gear timing. Only an idiot like me would be out in cold, damp, and windy conditions like last nite.

It looks a tad rich.  I would add boost before timing,  I think since you already have a lot of timing for a bigger turbo

I run 110 race gas...and those timing numbers are Erics 110 chip defaults. Low gear 02's are way too rich...and I'll be pulling a whack of fuel out of low gear Friday nite. I wanna set the car up at 7.1. Any faster...and I won't get any races. These guys are onto me. :)

Rob...it's not readily available up here. Closest E85 station to me is in Ottawa...bout 3 hours away.
