any idea why I cannot copy a text from somewhere else and paste

Paste doesn't work on "Quick Reply"  only on the standard reply button

about a hour with 0000 steel wool and water...then again with 0000 steel wool and Meguiars NXT All Metal Polish....then cloth with Meguiars NXT All Metal Polish...then soft cloth with Presta Chroma Polish..then the
polish with rag...not quite new but they match the fronts
