Is that Volvo the one that used to be owned by salad dressing guy?

A Cotton's last open house, a guy showed up with a Volvo Bertone with a GN drivetrain.

IHADAV8 Playground / A thought provoking e-mail that I got recently
« on: June 27 2010, 11:48:13 PM »
I got this e-mail yesterday about Obama and Psalm 109:8

"Let his days be few; and let another take his office."

It seemed a bit far fetched. So when I was visiting my Dad today, My step Mother
and I looked it up to find that is exactly what it said. We read the entire section to see if it was out of context, and it wasn't. It actually went into further detail. It is
kinda creepy how something that was written so long ago described the current
situation so well. I'm not bringing this to the table to thump in any way, but rather
to see what you guys think of it.

I have to agree with straycat990. There are too many "God" complexed (not in a religious context) people running rampant on the other boards. If you don't conform
to their standards or bow to their vendors, you are banned, censored, outcast, etc...
People will only put up with that for so long. All that accomplishes is taking the fun and enjoyment out of the Buick hobby or any hobby for what its worth.

Donna, I sent you a pm before reading this. I think they should hold Jet Ski drags until the water subsides. I would never had imagined the water getting that deep there.
I remember when part of New Hampshire motor speedway flooding out a few years back, but it was nothing like that. I should get off my ass and start going through the video I have from BG.

I think Poston sells master rebuild kits for this thing for around $300...no big deal, but it ain't happening soon.

I heard that Poston's closed. But you can still get what you need for it.

I have a couple of AKG's that are pretty good, but I still resort to the 57's.

I've been using SM67's for years without a problem. They're
incredibly versatile. I actually prefer them over many of my
more expensive mics. I like them for drums too. They're actually
better than shure drum mics for miking drums (with the exception
of bass drums and overheads.)
