The guys that were happy to spend over $500 for a billet  part recently certainly live in a different socio-economic environment than I do. A small billet adapter to fit one from a common current car sounds like the way to go.

I agree totally...boun d to be a way to make one equivalent to the factory's for a lot less than that.
