All posts now have a Google+ button, as well as a "Share Me" toolbar at the bottom of each post.


You can share the posts to:
Digg, Facebook, SlashDot, Delicious, Technorati, Twitter, Google, and Yahoo.

I guess you can't tie the +1 to a specific circle?
