Windshield wipers

Well they quit working, didn't get lucky and find a bad fuse so I'm speculating its the switch in the turn signal. Anyone trouble shoot these before. I haven't dug into it beyond fuse, looking for some advice/direction....not good with electrical issues :icon_confused:

First try jumping the terminals on the motor to see if it has shit the bed.
