I wonder what would happen if Microsoft started offering a choice between XP and whatever-OS-is-the-soup-de-jour-of-the-week.

Some
are apparently still perfectly happy with the twelve-year-old Windows XP.

win7 is as reliable as xp and is much quicker as well as makes things like setting up a network easier

I love how that article makes it sound like XP users are just milliseconds away from malware blowing up their computer and ruining their life.

I'm not a big XP nutswinger but I run no antivirus, no anti malware and look at porn on a daily basis.

I'd still be running 3.1 if I could get away with it.

Its interesting that livejasmin got a 0% when I have to have a specific greasemonkey extension to kill all the livejasmin pop-unders.

And the only thing I don't like about xhamster is the extra work to right click and choose 'view image' to see the pictures in full size. And they gave it a 42% change of giving out the herps.

If you need an actual squeeky clean site check out www.kindgirls.com

The built in search is badass too

i hate making any type of changes on my computer.
Most talk about having thick skin but thats just BS.
This damn attitude of "you didn't listen to us/me now you should burn in hell for it" really sucks.

They should have never lumped their desktop operating systems with their desperate attempt to get on tablets.

Want to get into the tablet market? Fine - don't name it Windows.

It's a HUGE mess, my industry is in shambles over it - sales are abysmal. I am a commissioned sales person, so it is hitting me in my pocket.

They are getting ready t6o release Windows 8.1 (Yes, that's what they say the official name will be), and they may have an option to boot to the desktop, past the fucked up Metro interface. you will still need Start8 or something to get the start menu back.

They even put that useless Metro interface in Windows Server 2012!

I expect MS to make Balmer retire over this.
