Yes, he was/is still driving one the 309 General Lee's that were used on the show.  It is believed that 23 still exist today according to this:  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/General_Lee_(car)

I have seen the General Lee several times at the Silverstate and I know John Schneider reasonably well.  He is funny and very nice about autographs and all the attention he gets.

Thats cool. I've heard equally good regarding Paul Newman. I've yet to meet him
though. Probably this year at the nationals. Providing that the SCCA doesn't drop GT3.

Can somebody please tell me what the hell thread we're looking at on t6p? I have a better chance of getting into the MLB Hall Of Fame than I do of viewing that thread....and I wouldn't have it any other way.
