No problems in Tennessee. A little wind and some heavy rains is all.

The night before last I drove from Greeneville TN (east of Knoxville) to somewhere west of Indianapolis and was in a torrential downpour the entire way. That was about 9 or 10 hours of the worst rain I've seen in years. One thing I can say is that folks in TN/KY cannot drive in rain for some reason...smash ed cars sitting dead in traffic lanes without any notice is pretty scary.  At one point one of my wipers broke from being on for so long so that it reduced my visibilty to zero and looked liked the skinny black arm of a retarded kid waving at me. The day previous I had had a sparrow fly into my grille...after the rain there was little let of him but a skeleton- pretty wierd.

Sirens went off for a "developing" tornado but it never actually touched down.

I drove from Enterprise to Nashville today and along I65 N just before Birmingham there was a good mile of so where trees were split in half from a tornado.  If I remember going back I'll get a pic.  I'm in Nashville for seminar for the next few days if anyone is up this way.

We had tornado warnings.  There was an F-zero that was confirmed near my parents house.  I haven't seen much in terms of damage as I've been driving around, so I guess most folks made out OK.

Good luck to y'all in Carolina.

Glad everyone made it through that unscathed.
Hope the latest event was uneventful too.

All good here, a few tornadoes around and some hail but no damage to the residence (of course, the cars were warm and cozy inside the garages).

Kind of scary when the color code them and show you the paths of the tornados that night.

That is scary, I wish it had Tennessee and Kentucky on there to see it.
