Spirtiual Advisor not personal trainer.  WTF does exercise have to do with what I posted?  On a side note I did have an exercism yesterday..... .I was taking a shit and it felt like this hugemongeous turd that was shaped like a cube with sharp pointy corners materialized in my rectum.  (My abdominal muscles went into convulsions.)*that was the actual excersim*  The pain was such that all I could do was sit there thinking of all the things in life that I have done that were wrong or deserved punishment.  And then it hit me...I was actually shitting a brick.  There is more to this but it is to painful to talk about right now....I have to change out my gauze.
