drive shaft loop
« on: August 14 2013, 02:37:32 PM »
Was thinking about buying or making one of these. Had car up on lift last night and between the brace that is there now and the trans mounting bar I dont see the point. Granted if that U-joint went it would bang things up there but is that loop really going to do much more than whats already there? The shaft cant fall to the ground with the 2 bars under it.

I've got a spare 200-4r transmission crossmember that has a drive shaft loop welded on it.  Solid & no rust, just needs a good clean up & paint.

Am located in Mississauga so no cross border shipping hassles.

LMK if you're interested.

thx
