What is everyone paying for gas or diesel?

Gas prices appear to be at an all time high.  Here we are paying $1.429/liter for gas which equates to $5.41 us gal.  Diesel is $1.359/liter which works out to $5.14 a gallon.

$1.41 a litre here in town. 1.41 x4.5 litres equals $6.34 a gallon. Keep in mind our Imperial gallon is larger than than your gallon. You guys can do the math for the difference.

Damn that is cheap!  I heard on one of the news stations that some where in the States gas was $5, which I thought sounded way too high.

With everyone threatening to strike/quit over the mandates - I think this is just the tip of the iceberg, stuff is going to hit the fan this holiday season. Social Security cost of living adjustment up by 5.9% - you can be sure stuff is going up 10% or more lol.

I think SS has lost about 30% of it's buying power in the last 20 years.  This year, inflation is running about 30% so far but lotsa things have exceeded that.

With the cargo boats lined up off sure on all three coasts, Christmas shopping is fixing to turn into civil insurrection.

 Me too!  But Trump as pissed off 70% of the female vote and has 110% of the woke voters.  He will split the republican party badly and who ever wins won't have a chance because the other side of the party will not turn out to vote.  Obama will run as the Great Conciliator and will end up taking us all the way down the road to Socialism.  China will become our great friend, Taiwan will be ditched and Europe will be second fiddle forcing them into the Soviet camp thus setting the stage for the third World War.  Meanwhile the politicians will become billionaires until one day when they wake up with nothing.

Law says max two terms for president so Obama is shit out of luck.  I don't think Trump will run again.  I bet a newcomer will popup for the Republicans and win.

Forgot that he supposedly could not run after missing a term.  I guess that will leave us with the Mrs. 

The Republicans better concentrate on winning the Senate and House first.  When it comes to the president's race, they are so divided between rinos and conservatives that they have a hard time bringing out the vote.  Then when they do get in, they don't do anything.

Got another caravan of some three thousand on the way up thru Mexico at the moment.  Drug smuggling as gone berserk in my part of the world.

$3.19.gal here in TN. Just came back from Williamsburg VA, found a small cluster of stations @ $3.02. Ya better believe we filled up there. I miss when the US was energy independent.
