Finally getting a NEW speedo cable. No more bouncing, squeaking needle. I replaced the original with a used unit one - no more. I hear the new ones are a single piece.

I DON'T look forward to pulling out the dash again.  :evil:

Yep.. This newer version has more features - still deciding which ones I want to use. The Shoutbox is still there, and the Weather module works now.

In your Profile, make sure to put as much info as possible to see all the features. THere's built-in multi-platform instant messaging (still testing), and if you want to see your local weatherforcast, in your profile, look for this:

Weather city code: This is not publically viewable   Select city

, and click on "Select City", and then (duh) select the city you live in or nearest to you. Then, after you are logged in, you will have your local weather forecast on the bottom of the main page. You can change the clock in your profile, and much more - take some time to poke around.

Message Board Announcements / All was lost - Need to re-register!

Hello!

Due to security holes in the previous version of phpBB I was using, I had to do an immediate upgrade.  Goddamn hackers.  :evil:

Due to a very vague upgrade process, and possibly my errors - all was lost in the transition. EVERYTHING. User records, posts, pictures, etc.

I know I only have a small, loyal following here, and hope that you guys will pull together,and asist me in making it the unique Buick board it once was. That means posting, rebuilding your pic galleries, and also participating in the even newer features that I have and will be adding.

As always - if you have a suggestion, let me know! I have always strivedto make this YOUR message board, and will do what I can to make it better.

Again, I apologize for the inconvenience, but hopefully we will be back to full strength, bigger and better than ever.
