Thanks! I would be lying if I said I didn't tear up a bit, so much work and time, and I never got to drive it, even though it is ~98% back together. I am sure Steve and his son will love it, and make many great memories together working on it.

Yep, I'll let the cat out of the bag - he bought my car. I really lost interest a few years ago, and made a deal with Shimy. I know it will go to a good home, and I know he's getting a great deal for a car I pout a lot of love into when I still loved her.

I haven't used the TIG function yet - just the stick weld and plasma cutter.  I intended on learning to TIG with it, then getting an A/C tig to do header repair.. but alas...

The plasma cutter works great, fun to use.

Yep - you just want to seal tiny imperfections, the larger the film, the more chance there is it will blow out.

We cancelled cable TV earlier this year, clipped over $120/mo off of the bill. Getting ready to dump Netflix too , We use Prime Video and Youtube primarily, I put up a $20 HDTV antenna outside if there's something we want to watch on local broadcast TV. There's also an app called Tubi which has some great classic movies, albeit with minimal ads.

That's a beautiful house, Jeremy. I have a 6500w (running) generator, and a spare carb just in case.  Spare carbs are $15.00, no reason to not have a spare. Even with Stabil, the carbs still get gummed up. I take the carb off after running and clean it just to be sure.
