Board issues
« on: September 18 2019, 01:50:33 PM »
I've been working on an issue with Steve about his smileys and quote functions in the quick reply box. It looks like it's coming down to we need a more modern "quick" reply plugin for the board. There are a few out there - I need to find some time to test them and see what works best, then I'll need to talk to Mark and see which way he wants to go.

Anyone else having any issues?

BRADyetoch! Now that your eyes are better, you better come down and spend some time in west Texas! I am currently rebuilding the shifter on my Miata and I have a set of new coil overs on the way.  If you don't like working on cars smaller than you can see, you can find the damn oil leak on my GN.  It's fun to drive after I changed converters and can stall it at 4000 rpm!  I will give you something to smile about!  Damned emoticons won't work!

Don't be surprised if I show up there. I'm throwing a leg over the R1 and cruising up to Armdrop on Saturday. The Picton Airfield has been sold...so this is the last one. Glen, who's a friend of mine will likely move the Armdrop events to my home track like the one a couple of weeks ago. He can't get bike insurance at the airport...so I have to watch on Saturday. About the Miata. There was a turbo'd Miata racing there a couple years back. Was a turbo an option...or was it an aftermarket setup he was running. I'll keep an eye open for it this weekend. Bringing my video cam with me...and I'll get some vids of some high HP iron for you. Kevin will be there with his procharged Coronet.

They offered a turbo model for 2 or 3 years but most are aftermarket installs. Makes for a fun ride.

Thanks, Jeremy - that was an issue I thought needed to be addressed. Thanks for the input as well, Steve.
