It seems the idiot in office has decided that we have enough ammo and is now restricting the type of ammo we can have.  :013: Send a note to your congressman as well as your senator so this shit doesn't happen.

Stopped at my local gun shop Saturday.556 ammo is flying off the shelves.I believe its the green tip ones that they want to ban.Claim it goes thru bullet proof vest.Cop killer.22s are also flying off the shelves.Better stock up now.Buy now and sell high later.

It is just the green tip for 5.56.  What is bogus about it is just about any rifle cartridge will penetrate a soft vest

The issue is that the green tip is an "armor piercing" ammo so they think it needs to be banned, especially since "pistols" are made in this caliper now. :rolleyes; What they fail to mention is the so called pistols can't be easily concealed. :013: Another fast and furious tactic. :068:

no one cared when the cheap mil surplus 7N6 russian ammo was banned for import (5.45x39 for an AK74), now it effects the AR crowd and the whole world has to know.

The DAFT decided to leave it's judgement off and let the justice dept decide. :rolleyes; They can't decide this since it's not under their jurisdiction. :rolleyes;
