Just an update on this governor.


I installed it back in the tranny this morning and went for a test drive. Not really advisable to try and test shift points on street tires under load. It's not easy to get them to stick so here's how I did it.  Came up thru 1st with the gear selector in drive and then dropped it into 2nd when it shifted to 2nd. Then eased into the throttle and took the gear selector to drive while flooring it.


The 2-3 shift was nice and crisp at 5719 rpm on the PL.
