went to local 1/8 mile drag strip thursday, (Irwindale)
chevota, ( buick V6 powered toyota PU) ran a 5.76@ 129
that means its a 8.90 1/4 mi,
check out the speed!!! 129 in the 1/8th!
on the secong run lifted the wheels 3 ft in the air, he lifted, then when it hit 2nd it lifted em again 2ft in the air,
it is a TA block but weighs 2900lbs, :psix; friggin unreal!
sorry no pics,
he will let it all hang out at PHX ( west coast nats) hope to see some 8.50's
no he's not certified, neither is the car.
oh well !

he has some atr headers for sale, reasonable,
he seems like good guy, just wanted to make sure. before I send $$

Can you believe Raymond Bunch's 86 T put out 579hp and was still climbing but they shut it down as throttle was stuck open, never loaded the car to the max,
I offered to buy the car from him ,he said maybe, so I'm waiting impatientely.. ..
so whats you guys been up to, beside swapping bs stories with each other.
I'd enjoy meeting with you all again, I'd even bring my own bucket!

I ventured here to see what kind of buick tech was available, all I see are a bunch of wet nose kids, pretending to be tough, and know NOTHING! :jerkit;
all they can do is bad mouth everyone, ( I make an exception for Mr Wells, I know he's OLD!) :rofl;
I'd like to see a forum where INFO is the idea, not bashing any and everyone!
but as long as all you still wet, know it all, guys think you know better, I'll pass.
Oh I'll read from time to time, just to get my giggles. but to believe anything you guys say, YEA RIGHT!!!
