WTB: Good short block

For a 1987 Turbo Regal of course. Needs to be able to handle about 25 pounds of boost.

what are your rebuild plans? over bore? cut n polish crank? new fancy crank n rods and some forged pistons? Machine shop picked out? or is this just a drop it off and write a check later type project?
