Lock downs in any form are bullshit no matter what the made up reason.

How could we forget?

My original trans builder put Type F which worked fine but fluid turned dark quickly.  About 8 years ago I began using Dexron VI.   Same performance but fluid looks brand new after years of use.

The original brakes look tiny in comparison.

Looks great!  Fills in the area nicely.  I bet braking performance is much improved.

They should fit.  I have 12" brakes on the front and they fit with 16" wheels.

Sound like a good project.  What is the diameter of the C5 rotors?

Ok, I am convinced that compressor surged killed my turbo journal bearing.  Reminds me of when Nasty Wendy was ranting about BOV's way back when to protect against the dreaded flutter.  Now, you can get a ported cover that directly addresses the root cause of all of the failures.  So I checked out the PT6262 CEA Gen 1 at Full Throttle Speed like Steve suggested.  I need to get me one of them!

I hear ya.  I will check it out.  Do I need a chip revision from Eric to support the 6262?

Don't really want to spend $2000 on a PTE 6262 CEA Gen 2, but it sure would be nice!  I am thinking a preluber on the turbo would have extended the journal bearing life.
