Probably close to 9-1 if the gaskets are thinner than the stock ones, which I think they are.


Remember that 600 hp made with 20 psi puts as much strain on the engine as 600 hp made with 25 psi of boost.  All the engine sees is combustion pressure in the cylinder and it takes X amount of pressure to make a given hp.  The major factor is that a big turbo might flow a given amount of air at a lower temperature than a smaller one might at a higher boost required to get the same amount of air.

Most likely you've got under 9:1 compression still David. With that big a cam you'd be better off with 9.5:1 or a little better for that cam. Seriously think about getting a smaller cam and I think you'll be happier in the end. :rock:

like Steve said.. 212/212 worked great !! I have also used the 206/206 with great results !! Both cams are a no brainer off the shelf. I think a lot of guys halucinate to much.. A simple cam change isn't goin to give ya 200+ horse power  :add_wegbrech:
