All it needs is it's own geothermal power source, some solar cells, maybe a little wind farm, a natural spring, sewage treatment...

Be better if all that moving around would be done via counter weights instead of motors.

Here is another link with some different pictures. It's an awesome house indeed! Looks like there is a small solar panel on top but doubtful it powers the walls. What would really seal the deal is if the windows were bullet proof just incase the walls didn't work at some point.
