Double Pumper Question

Anyone have to go to a larger return line when using this setup?

And I'd be appreciative if someone can skool me on how the 2nd pump turns on. Been handed what I think is an old skool build...and trying to sort some things out.

Racetronix says a 15 PSI Hobbs switch is best. The one in the link is 15 PSI. Is it adjustable...o r is it set at 15 and that's it. They have a 10 PSI switch...so I assume it's set and that's it.

Factory set...but capable of field adjustment. Statements like this are what makes me throw wrenches...

Now...is there a light somewhere like Julio uses for his alky kits that lets you know when the 2nd pump kicks in.

The hobb switch activates it and you don't need to upgrade the return because it turns on after your first pump is almost tapped out.  Well not quite but you know what I mean.

Are you going double?

If you have a spare regulator and a gauge you should be able to test where it switches 
-Drain plug by Earl Brown, custom oil pan by Rich's Auto

You may see a slight hiccup in the fuel pressure at the moment it kicks on before the regulator grabs it.

Brad way back when Jack first put these kits up for sale I got one of the first few he made up.
The Hobbs is set but you can adjust it a few lbs up or down & my kit included a wire to hook up a light that goes on when the 2nd pump kicks in. You can also switch back & forth to make either pump the primary or secondary but I've never changed them around. I probably should so the second pump could get some run time.
