Car hauler
« on: August 10 2017, 01:24:51 PM »
Been wanting an aluminum car hauler for some time now as I've had my steel trailer for over 20 years. It's still a damn good trailer and I'll be keeping it. Just wanted something a little lighter and had a rock guard to pull behind the Wagoneer. Did some shopping these past few weeks and ran across this one year old Sundowner. 19' with a rock guard. Didn't have time to shake down the Wagoneer for this years summer last blast up in Vernon, so the Cummins had duty.

Didn't notice the rims on it yesterday. Like 'em!

A lot of broken parts does not make you a racer; it makes you a slow learner.

With my steel car hauler, I only have about 4500 lb carrying capacity. With this aluminum trailer, I have a little over 6000 lb carrying capacity. The aluminum trailer weighs about 1600 lbs less when empty.
