Picture Resizer Needed

I have a new laptop,,,the other one grenaded. What's a good FREE picture resizer? I got pics of the GN at the shop this morning...and I wanna post them here. :)

Have you opened the pics in Windows paint?  Not certain, but I remember being able to resize pics with that program.
