How in the blue hell do you get the heat shield by the heater box out. I removed the screws...but it feels like it's teetering on one more down by the corner of the head. I called Jason...but he can't remember how he got his out. There's lots of play in it...but I can't see anything more securing it.

Brad, as I recall last time I did this, there is indeed one last screw on the bottom corner. Believe the only way I was able to get at it was laying on my back under the car and reaching up with an offset screwdriver. Pretty sure it's a phillips head.

Thanks. I'll roll it out tomorrow and take a peek.

sounds right

Sorry about that Brad. Being at work, I couldn't go look at it.
Spoke with Tony, small screw on the bottom of the box

There's one screw at the bottom of the shield...and it's easily gotten to from the top with a 1/4 inch drive ratchet and 7mm socket. With all the screws out...the shield appears to be wedged in...and doesn't wanna come out. I felt underneath the shield...and there's no more screws. For those that have removed it in car with the engine in...chime in on how you did it.

Take the motor out first it's easier
