Boost is rock solid on my car...and I read a post one time by one of the top turbo gurus who stated the soleniod was designed to handle stock boost pressure...and there was a chance of a boost spike at a higher boost level using the solenoid.

Hook it up tuner style...and forget about it.

What does that entail?

Do away with the Y-Connection...and hook a vacuum hose from the port on the turbo directly to the actuator. Leave the solenoid plugged in...or it'll kick a code.

The 44 is still available from Cottons...and is available with a BB option. The 49 is available from Kirbans...with a $75.00 core charge. The billet 5857E supercedes the 44 and 49...and is available in a BB or jounal configuration.

The consensus at work last night was Bono...and 2 Filip if he doesn't tell us his latest automotive acquisition.

03 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP, supercharged.. . 90k miles, every option under the sun, "slightly modded".. is a high 13 car as it sits now, and I don't plan on changing anything more on it.

Bono should definitely die.

What about Phil Collins? I've always wanted to beat him to death with a tennis racket

That Pontiac was built by the coolest Canadian of all time.

Donna...you're gonna hate me. I live an hour east of Toronto...and I was fortunate enough to see Paul play the Phantom twice at the Pantages Theater in Toronto...and the second show I saw was when he closed it out on Halloween night. He brought along his pyrotechnics team from KISS...and it was unbelievable.
