It's listed on the quote and on the county's pole barn worksheet, which is posted in the front yard with the building permit. It's possible that it might not be needed fingers crossed.

They managed to get the vapor barrier on and the steel back up, and they reshingled the attached garage.

Today I put our new mailbox up since the snowplow took it out 3 weeks ago. 
While I had the 1/4 impact out I figured I'd see how it does - the damn thing will knock lugnuts loose without an issue!

Wow, now I want to try my 1/4" impact to see if it will do that.  Mine is a Makita and I normally use a 1/2" electric impact gun (Makita as well) to take lug nuts off but now I am wondering if my 1/4" will and if it will, do I have enough adapters to use my 1/2" impact sockets??   :rock:

I should mention - these are normally torqued lugs - all bets are off when the tire jockeys hammer them on with the wobble sticks.

I use a torque wrench on all of my vehicles as well when I tighten the lug nuts up to spec.

Had to get some pictures for the insurance company - so I figured I'd share. Like a moron, I forgot my battery charger and tools. Luckily I was able to find an 8mm wrench, a small crescent wrench, and a battery charger among all Dad's stuff. It took a couple of minutes to top the battery off, while it was charging I yanked the wideband sensor out. The damn thing fired on the first try in 36*F weather! So I backed it out and let it go through a heat cycle to burn any moisture out while I took pictures.
