No. It's a band aid solution for a blowby issue.

It's real simple...the exchange rate is 30 percent. Dealers throw the used ones on an 18 wheeler they have and take it across the border to the big name auction houses in Michigan.

You can test the coil pack as I'm doing here. Even if it tests good it might not be. Introduce heat to the equation and things can change. I tested coil packs at the track. If I could do a WOT blast down the track and it revved out clean, only then would I call it good and keep it as a spare. I'd have coil packs pop a coil at WOT every now and again and drop 2 cylinders. It'd be like I threw a boat anchor out the window the car slowed so fast.

Buick owners will go out and spend a gazzillion bucks on cool guy parts...but won't spend a couple of bucks on Powerlogger.

The video is a great idea

I know a PL would be good but I like to live dangerously :icon_lol:

I have vids on how to change head gaskets.

Don't have a logger for this car

PL is cheaper than changing headgaskets. Guessing is never a good idea.

Not 100% - the front of the pan was covered and there was about 4oz of fluid in the catch can. Im learning a hard lesson, my brothers envoy is on my lift - so I had to jack my car up….
My uncle called and really wants me to try the 10.0 index class, he is going to run the 8.5 class. Wants to go next Saturday, test and scope out the competition, then try the event in September when it comes back around.
I configured and tested the “bump” function, now I can light the top bulb build boost and bump into the 2nd.
Looks like this th400 is leaking again. I must be over tightening the pan, I think this time around I’ll just use a bead of the right stuff and be done with it.

Jeremy, I had more fun hanging out with the other racers than I had racing. You'll make lifetime friends.
