Joel I assume that your listed walbro will not be able to static a set of 60's @ around 69 psi fuel pressure (44 static + 25 psi boost) . If you email Racetronixs and ask for their fuel curve (volume @ pressure and voltage) they'll probably send you an attachment. There is a lot of pressure loss across the stock fuel lines which is not comprehended in a lot of published curves.

Dave spark can be the kiss of death because we don't always hear it neither does the old OE esc system. If the knock sensor is improperly torqued etc the knock may not register. State of the art esc systems use 2 paths to hear knock and separate noise. I would be creeping up on a tune very slowly. Fuels vary a lot, both pump and race gas. I have gone out and tested fuels (by specific gravity) and was amazed at the difference on the pump sticker vs the fuel specific gravity. Torque is a function of chamber pressure. Turn up the boost slowly if you have no knock. For example a pump gas calibration might be 23 deg (1 & 2) 21 WOT. Big turbo on pump gas might be 21 (1 & 2) 18 WOT. Just be cautious.

I think his pump, if working right should be able to handle it.  If he is spraying alky, it gets easier.

After all, Dan went high nines on  60# injectors and alky...I have pulled 70 psi into 75's.

A lot of broken parts does not make you a racer; it makes you a slow learner.
