Let's see how ROck Auto handles this
« on: July 01 2011, 04:10:35 PM »
My email to them:

Hello.

I received the shipment with the 1pc MK7326 in it. The part that came was used, and I believe the wrong model.
1st - It's red, according to Mevotech's site it should be blue. http://partsonline.mevotech.com/Showdetails.aspx?pn=MK7326
2nd - it has "7327" molded into the side. (The box is labeled correctly) According to Mevotech's site - this is for a 1 5/16 sway bar - I need one for a 1 1/4, like the MK7326 I ordered, See pics, click link for full size
3rd - The box and received mount was greasy - See pics, click link for full size

Also - your description says:
MEVOTECH Part # MK7326  {#K7326} Package Quantity As Shown In Image
Category: Stabilizer Bar Bushing

But I only got one bushing and bracket - was I suppose to receive 2? I need 2 total. How do we resolve this?

Most excellent. I have noticed that they never admit that there was an issue with them selling returned merchandise - this is 2 times now. At least they take care of it.

Dear Mark,

Thank you for the email with the pictures.  I'm sorry to hear that you received a mis-boxed item.  I have setup a reshipment of the correct part for you.  We will not require you to send back the incorrect part at this time but I do ask that you hold onto it for two weeks in case our warehouse requests a return.  If you have any further questions please respond to this email or give us a call at the toll-free number below.

Thank you,

Adam B.

Thanks for the link BTW. I needed to order some parts for mine. :supz:

I've stopped buying ancient discontinued Buick parts. Now I just look for newer more complex parts to replace them with...

Less swindling going on than that NOS-elitist bullshit when I do it this way.
