Yes
I am surprised at the stiction those thing have  achieved - stupid design.
Lets turn this motor(magnet) on, drive it against a spring while it moves a damper- THEN NEVER TURN IT OFF. And we wonder why they fail.

These are normally open so they close when you power them.

I may have missed my window of good weather - forecasting snow next week.
I did get the dd washed, clayed, sealed and waxed - its good for another year. HVAC in the house is now 100% - all zones holding to thermostat levels. The next project will be cleaning all the damn leaves up!

Thanks - its all the products. I'm about out of sealant, I'm thinking of trying a ceramic coating next time around.

Jeremy...you have Krown Rust Control or Rust Check there? The shit works. Costs about a hundred bucks a year. The stuff creeps. Never a hint of rust on my vehicles.

Here's a vid...they drill holes...and use wands to get into the inside body panels. Checks locations near you. Maine and Michigan prolly closest to you.

Brad - we don't. There used to be Ziebart's everywhere but they went to the wayside. My wife's 08 Honda doesn't have any rust, but I've seen others that are falling apart. We actually park in our garage, which I think goes a long way to help preserve your vehicle.

Not yet - I need to get better about that. The key video and explanation would be easy enough - but I've had a sick munchkin home with me this week.
