I wish they would do something with the empty shithole of a house next to mine. the HOA sends me shitty letters because I occasionally leave a 5x8 trailer on the side of my house, yet the eye sore house next to mine is overgrown with weeds and in shambles. Funny thing is, according to the property appraiser, the HA *owns* that shithole.  They blame BOA, the bank that foreclosed on it.
