I'll dig up a couple more later.  no time slips but ran 12.12 on a 12.30 index. As far as I know it's still in Markham on.

YUP back in the 70's 80's and that's me in the drivers seat with the door open. A 70 stage 1 car converted to a 71 non stage to fit the class better;

Ron you know the setup I have...so you don't need tools or anything. Bring the car down to SMP on the Sat or Sun on a raceday or Armdrop. I'll unload the car and set it all up. You just get in and drive.

IT went 13 40's at 104 w 3.42 gears factory stock and gm didn't put the good cam in the automatics. Would run quickest shifting at 5200.

yes GUS probably 83 or so.


I was told the idiot that ended up with it wrapped it around a pole at Cayuga dragstrip.

1983 was the year bought my '69 Camaro SS 396/375 4 speed red on red. Boy those were the days of some serious late night street racing and consuming. Cops would show and tell you get the hell outta there or they'll start writing tickets. Now, they wanna hang ya in the town square........ ...handing out clean needles and Naloxone kits  :rolleyes;
