They give those candidates a load of crap for their level of income tax. Romney took it in the shorts too. Obama made about $3 million and paid around 30% in tax. Romney made $21 million and paid about 14%. Granted Romney's total was higher but to the "common man" all they see is the percent. Warren Buffet also pays very little, all legal, in income tax because the wealthy don't work for money.
To slide this further into the ditch our tax code is an incentive for investors and businesses to do the things the govt wants. Provide housing, oil, and other things and it provides tax breaks and deductions to do it.
The middle and lower class is taught to work hard and save money. This just results in getting taxed for that income you worked for and losing the value of the money you saved through inflation. A systematic raping of the american people and the worst part I the people got baboozled into voting for it u der the guise of the govt only taxing the rich.

Trump's a businessman... so he looked at the Paris Accord from a business standpoint. He paid attention in geography 101...and realized the world is cyclical and that climate change is a money making hoax. I lay off the tax stuff cuz that's one subject I'm ignorant about, too complicated.
It's easy to like or dislike the Paris deal. Yes, absolutely we need to care for our climate weather theres a reason to or not.
But that Paris deal, fuck that. People don't understand how foul it is. Like America is going to put ourselves in a position to let the EU run America.
Example, America is 20 carbons over the limit set by the EU. We get fined millions. So now we have to scale back beef production, loss of money.
India is waaaay at below the carbon limit so to fill the need of beef, India can now raise production. It's only fair right?
The climate deal will be financed by American fines with redistribution of income to boot.
Just recently Europe sued Google and Apple in European court and of course they won BILLIONS! Next thing you know the frickin' Queen got a HUGE pay raise.
The deal is bad and Trump saved us. :rock:

Taxes are one of your largest expenses. They clip you by telling you the Ss tax is 7.5% but in reality the employer also puts in 7.5%(money the could be paid to you) and this makes that tax 15%. Then you have sales tax and the actual income tax on the national and if you choose to live there a state I come tax. Apparently on average most people work the first five months of the year working to pay the taxes. And they wonder why the economy is in the toilet.
And then there are those who think taxing a corporation is even a remotely good idea. Come on, get real. Increase the cost to do business just raises the price of whatever that company is peddling. If you don't think so I have a bridge and such to sell you. The rich don't pay much in taxes because they don't work for money. There money is made a much different way. Every time that Obama claimed to be going to tax the rich I cringe as the only taxes he might be collecting is on the high income earners. Doctors, lawyers, sports and entertainment people. Earned income is the highest taxed and the more you earn and the harder you work to earn more the higher the taxes become. The rat race.

Now you have a politician, Al Gore trying to promote carbon credits for mass taxation. Al Gore needs to take some science courses. And his opening in the Inconvenient Truth where he predicts temperatures and goes way up on a lift then comes half way down to show the real temperatures. I'm sorry but you're 200% wrong! When your error is that high you are incorrect in your calculations.
And now he says how you can see the relationship with temperature and CO2 released from water! That is right, Al. Look up Dalton's partial pressure law and Graham's Temperature law. When pressure and temperature increases it drives off gases like CO2 and O2! Thermal pollution, that is why you don't dump hot water into lakes because the fish might not have enough oxygen.

Oh don't get me wrong, we are polluting. But I don't think CO2 is the villain they make it out to be. We are polluting the oceans and filling the land fills at record rates. Nothing lasts! An old washing machine was good for a life time, now you might get 5 years out of one. I ran out of ink on my printer a few weeks ago and it cost less to buy a new printer!!! I was debating back and forth and finally just got the cartridges filled. Everything is high efficiency now but it does not last!!

What kills me is that the propagandists (for profit) have really gave CO2 a bad name and an overblown appearance of power. Sure, it does have insulative properties but it has NOTHING on clouds. Think about it, you walk outside in winter and see nothing but stars, it's cold as hell. Do the same on a cloudy night and it's nowhere near as bad. Summertime during the day, it's the opposite, the clouds are reflecting the longwave radiation back into space so it's cooler. Let's see CO2 do that! :)
When CO2 levels go up, green shit thrives even harder... The end result, more conversion to breathable oxygen. Just think of how much less CO2 would be on the planet if stupid peoples parents would have gotten abortions. Humans make CO2 you know. :D
Oh, and the hippies (for profit) always say that trees are 'carbon neutral' and I often wonder if they even know that foliage is actually carbon positive. They pull it out of the ground too, then give it all to the atmosphere when they die.

I do not want Paris, the people that just can't stop talking bad about America, to control my air and force me to pay my government more money to pass on to them to cover the fines and tricks etc.
I want our governors to handle that. Maybe the LtG? Nothing wrong with cleaner air. Hell, let's do it! But be conscious that we need to be reasonable and understand that while coal may not be the cleanest, technology is improving and its better today than it was five years ago and will only get cleaner.

What about net neutrality? This one is purely to add to corporate bottom line, and is not for the “greater good”. Content, and/or access to content, could by placed behind a paywall or blocked all together.
Example: your internet provider is either a telco, cable company or a conglomeration of the 2. Netflix is bad for the cable company in 2 ways #1 is bandwidth usage, it uses a ton. #2 it directly competes with their tv offerings. Now we have given them the right to throttle traffic as they please, blackhole it or or make you pay a premium for the service.
Trump needs to stop trying to eradicate all of Obama’s policys out of spite.

I mean think about it, if Netflix starts charging more for uninterrupted access but keeps the interrupted line open, no one is going to pay for crap service and move on. Now advertisers bail too. It's a slippery slope. I'm not worried.
What gets me though. It trickled down to the customer $ pre Obama but never trickled back up. Now it's just going to trickle down again. We pay double trickle. Just like shipping charges never went down but you know when there's another gas hike shipping charges will go up again.

That's it! I'm getting on the impeach Trump train! He's making christmas so great but didn't have the foresight that logistics would be so backed up, even with TONS of overtime being worked, that it would take 5 days to receive my priority package from Ohio.

Dear president Trump - please look at the pharmaceutical industry. My meds today were $550 for 10 patches with 37.5mcg of meds - here is the kicker: the 25mcg and 50mcg patches are $50 for 10. 50mcg knocks me out and 25mcg doesn’t cover my pain. Oh well we will hit our $6k deductible soon.
