I've been saying it from the beginning Brad.

Something else is going on. I watched videos weeks ago claiming this was organized to "reboot" the world.

I don't think it's spread in the U.S. like it was supposed to but they want us to think it has.

Why? I'm not smart enough to answer that.

I have a little better understanding of what approach he's got figured out.

Gotta wonder how much alky it uses in a typical pass. :mwha:

Is there under hood pics somewhere so we can pretend to figure out what makes this magic?

I'm intrigued but understand if that's not something he'll let out.

Interesting considering the fear forever that spraying too much alky too early would "drown" the engine.

Is it safe to say that he's running nearly entirely on alky and not gasoline for the 60'? Seems logical. I'd bet the tune is no fuel till 60' out.

What I'm saying is that it doesn't appear the car leaves and gets a 1.29 60' on 2 psi.

No-one claimed he's lying, Jesus.

He claims it leaves on 2 psi of boost yet you can see it's making power trying to light the last beam.

So, they get the turbo working early with alky so the short times are crazy. The key is lots of boost coupled with lots of alky makes power.

I can't remember from the old days when EGT's were the "latest" secret to going fast but are his numbers on the fat side?

My car always loved more fuel.

I was in Pooler at JCB a couple months ago.

We used their engines for many years before Tier 4 with very little problems. Have the rights to sell JCB parts and we sell of crap-load.

Kinda stuck with them.

I work in engineering / manage quality/ product support for a plant that produces off-road equipment.

We use JCB power-trains which are Tier 4 Final emissions compliant.

Going on year 3 of this current engine, we have a real issue with trouble codes coming up daily.

75% of the time they appear to mean nothing but the rest it turns out to be a fault which needs repair. Machines going into limp mode or shutting down.

I've argued that we need to investigate switching engine suppliers. These things are always "down" out in the field and our customers are extremely frustrated.

My question is, does anyone have similar stories with Cat, Cummins or anything else?

I don't think others are as problematic as JCB.

Looking for feedback from anyone who deals with this day to day.

Dan needed a co2 or nos spray bar on that cooler LOL

Good for at least four passes before cracking the welds!

It was actually a good SLIC. 1 Rare T would know what it was...as it was his friends car that Dan Keller bought.

Precision. 👊

I think it's lean in high gear.

My car loved fuel being put to it.

Is that not the 1-2 shift follow soon after by the 2-3?

Seems to be transferring weight well.

There's not enough air in those slicks.

Lose all those heavy steel wheels and watch E.T. drop.
