Thats always worked kind of strange. If I close it, but then try to bring it up
again it takes up the whole page. Is there a way you could allow users to
configure it in their personal control panel ?

You know what? It does it on my PC, on IE and Firefox. But at school I get the SP2 bar at the top, or the Mozilla bar. I think I allowed popups from here a while back and now it's biting me in the ass. I think S6 has a loose Java code somewhere.
