Yes, the stock ones for the cars running in the elevens or slower.  Torque them down in several stages for best success.  Note that the original factory head bolts cannot be reused.  Buy ARP bolts and use them as a replacement.

Felpros quality for head gaskets has gone down the shitter. Check the fire rings...don't be surprised to see them egg shaped. Take 'em back if they are. Victor Reinz are only way to fly.

Felpro went down the toilet 15 years ago.  VR stopped making them.  Even Weber does not have any left in stock.  Maybe someone does..

I'd say go with RJC shims...but if you miss the tune you take a chance on hurting the bottom end.
