I couldn't agree more! I went through two SMC kits and I could never get the thing(s) dialed in right. I am in no way saying that it was the fault of the kit, but I had no luck...either I was knocking or bogging no matter where I set it. Due to how rarely the car left the garage I opted to just run a full time race/premium mix.

Got rid of those years ago. *But*, at the same time threw out the up pipe with holes in it and got a chrome one with a MAF pipe to match...those are in the trunk.

Another vote for the AlkyControl system.

I bought my setup from Julio 4 years ago, and had to call him this morning to troubleshoot a minor issue.  He walked me through it as I was under the car, and got me pointed in the right direction.

It's not JUST the quality of the product (which is outstanding), it's the service.  And for that Julio is second-to-none.

Found 'em.

I found the MAF in the backseat - is it good? I will be pulling the MAF translator from my other Buick for the GN though.
