Fast87GN:
Hey all. New member, but old Buick owner. Sold my 87 GN about 16 years ago, few bolt-ons with only 64k kms. Regretting it since I recently purchased a basically bone stock 87 with only 56k kms (33k miles) Looking to do all the new updates available ( things changed a lot from 16 years ago )
Hope I don’t make myself look too stupid with any questions...I will definitely search the posts before asking for any advice. Thanks for letting me join. Very informative bunch of peeps here.

Steve Wood:
Don't worry about looking dumb. I've got that spot covered!

Scoobum:
Keep it as bone stock as possible. For reliability I'd go with a new fuel pump, hotwire kit, new injectors and matching chip from Eric, AFPR and a Translator and an LT1 MAF and spark plugs and a set of wires. Also a Scanmaster. For God sakes...don't start modding it to go faster. I'm in Cobourg...one hour east of you. PM me if you want my cell number.

Steves site...and he has a link to my vids at Turbobuicks 101...http://www.vortexbuicks-etc.com/

Fast87GN:
Thanks guys. I do have a few things I’m currently working on getting done. Fuel pump, Hotwire kit, 42lbs injectors, maf and translator, cold air kit, comp valve springs, 3” dp, scanmaster, oil, water, boost, wideband and powerlogger and TT chip.

Appreciate the offer Scoobum, might take you up on that one day sir. I do watch all your videos on YouTube. Thanks for all you guys do for us!

Cheers.

Scoobum:
Grab an RJC downpipe. The others are a crapshoot at best for fitment.
