General Buick Tech / headlight ?

hi all
last night my headlights quit,   no dash lights no high beam no low beams.
the marker lights an tail lights  work though?
i changed out the headlight switch an the dimmer switch with no luck
any ideas

ok my 4.1 is breaking the rocker shafts  at the bolt holes  yes weak point   question is years back someone was selling stronger shafts  I have a set on my gn     don't remember who if anyone sells them anymore   an ideas  thanks

hi all  just wondering what would cause my fuel  level gauge read beyond full when the car is running   but with motor off   key on it reads what I think the level of fuel is?

General Buick Tech / how to tell if a cam is going bad?

like the title says how can I tell the car  was running great all week then out of no where  it starts idling rough an the boost vac gauge swings up an down like usually its steady 15 inches  vacuum   now at idle it bounces   15 7  19  4  all over the place.
any help appreciated

A/C, Heating and Cooling / blower motor?

ok    my blower motor does not work ...
is there any way to test it on the bench?
I  tried putting power from the battery to the power connection an nothing?

what turns the fuel pump off?
I mean  key on no start   it should pump till a set pressure then shut off  mine keeps going?

General Buick Tech / throttle response gone??

hi all   ok heres the problem
I changed valve cover gskets   vacuum lines
put it all together no problems  so I thought
fire it up idles good  vacuum steady at 15 inches
heres the problem   
no matter where the throttle is placed  it only idles or stalls
what am I missing here

this car seems to be losing vaccuum ??
started at 15-16 "  at idle  changed a vew lines figuring itll get better now its at 11"s
my question can i blow compressed air into one of the vac lines an soap test the system that way?

well after looking for what seems to be forever  i finally located my oil leak... 
the damm plastic line that comes with the oil pressure gauge sprung a leak under the coil pack.
the fix..
copper yes a roll of soft copper..  bye bye oil leak

is there any way to tighten up the sunvisors?  i mean mine swing with little effort  under light acceleration  kinda becoming a pain in the ass having to keep putting them back,
just to clarify a little better they stay in the up postion very well, its just they swing out away from the windshield.

well im finally putting the t top parts on an cant remember what if anything goes underneath the metal t top plate along the center of the roof?
