DDMTuning are workin' hard to become THE MOST DIFFICULT Vendor I have EVER DEALT WITH

Don't believe you, demand pictures, split shipments with no notice, repeat stock answers over and over.
If I didn't start a paypal dispute I don't think I'd even be this far.
Ship whats in the website photograph- thats all I ask.

So DDM completely ignored me for 10 days.
Paypal washed their hands of the matter as soon as DDM provided package tracking.

I open a new ticket:
At least I now get a response after a month-

Oh no,
You don't get that part (despite it being in the picture), you need this:

http://www.ddmtuning.com/Products/H1H7-to-9006-Adaptor-Cable (http://www.ddmtuning.com/Products/H1H7-to-9006-Adaptor-Cable)
for each ballast.

We "clearly" state that in the Kit description... .

My hid kit from them did not include those wire connectors either, I thought they forgot to put them in the box also when shipped. But because I ordered my hid relay harness seperately, the harness had the ballast connectors on it along with the H4 male connectors to go in the stock headlight wire. Otherwise I would've been in the same boat with you.
