Park the car until that stock chip has been replaced.

I'd also get a new timing set, valve springs, and vacuum lines too.

Oh yeah, when was the last tie the header crack was welded?

Hi

Header was done a couple years ago still good, I do have a burned chip from 2002 by National performance. Car has low kms so no valve springs not to say it doesn't need them but going by km

Stock chip is ok on premium with STOCK BOOST only.
dial it back till you have a proper chip

You needed valve springs back when the car was brand new.   They are spec'd the same as a 110hp N/A V6.  You can't put 12 pounds of boost on the backside of the intake without subtracting that from the spring poundage. With a 1.700 intake that's over 27# of pressure working against the spring.

If Ken burned the chip then you must be near Toronto? His stuff is pretty dated so check out turbotweak & Eric will take care of you. One of the PL Pros will give you feedback on the file soon enuf.
