G Body Parts
« on: November 10 2020, 12:43:44 PM »
On 10/1 I ordered Aluminum Bumper Supports and a Rear End Cover from G Body Parts. On 10/7 the supports arrived. On 10/19 I emailed customer service as to the status of the rear end cover. On 10/26 I emailed shipping and tracking. On 11/2 I sent a fax with my contact information. On 11/6 I emailed Brian asking to cancel the order and get my money back. I have received no response and they do not answer the phone. Has anyone else had problems with G Body Parts? I thought they were a reputable company.

Lately, I have heard they were doing pretty good.  FB is a good place to catch up with them

I don’t have FB. I will have my wife try that. Just wondering how hard it is to answer an email.

Brian has a long history of proving how to not run a business.

Dispute the charge with your credit card company ASAP. Unless Brian has nothing to do with the business any more, you very well may not get your money back. He is one of the worst business people I have ever had the displeasure of meeting.

I recommend, from this point forward, you buy everyting you need form 'World of Motorworks' AKA Paul Catelbueno, AKA Paulie Castile, AKA Paul Castle, AKa...     fuck, I don't feel like typing anymore.

Moral of the story, get your credit card to get your money back, and don't spend money there ever again.

Also, I was kidding about the scammers that have to change their name as they get outed as frauds.

Just avoid them, Gbody, and Scot from GNS 'drop shipper for more money' performance.

Paul Castelbuono's history isn't too great either. Do a Google search.  Bottom line is we all have our favorite and not so great vendors by past and present dealings. Just do your homework on who you deal with. The bad history may be do to death in family, divorce, employee or personal problems and now they seem to got there act together. Or they are just crooks and assholes now and in the past.

When I did my heater core back a month or so I ordered the Coolant Pipes that sit on the intake without the nipple for throttle body & they sent the wrong one. They said send it back & paid me return shipping then proceeded to send back the exact same part so they paid shipping back again & the 3rd time they got it right so it's probably more a bad employee than Brian. They seemed to be trying pretty hard to make sure I was happy.

Earl I thought you were joking about that Paul C wasn't he the guy years ago selling GNX gauge clusters & then sending out sets with missing parts or no set at all? Maybe I have the wrong guy but that name sounds familiar?

I googled him & got Dave's thread with the Highway Stars mess that guy created, a real POS along with that guy years ago who's family were all policemen & he ripped off Everyone who sent $$ until he ripped the wrong guy that ended up destroying him in court & the court of public opinion. That guy who took him down was someone who sure was the wrong guy to rip off. Ah the good old days in our little world of Buicks!
