I will say that I ate craw-fish; took a while and some rooting me on by a large number of people.

Louisiana delicacy, getting past the aspect that craw-fish is bait was an issue with me, just like eating a dew worm/fishing worm; do not think I could eat one of those unless I was awfully hungry.

Looks pretty good to me if the gravy is spicy.  Need something to liven up the rubber cheese.

Nothing like a couple of pounds of fresh boiled crawfish, red potatoes, and corn!

If you like lobster then you shouldn't have an issue with mudbugs. Just eat the tails and it's about the same a lobster tail. Some of them will be almost as big as a small lobster after all. :O
