Title: Help Me Buy A Harley
Post by: Scoobum on September 13 2019, 10:37:31 AM

It has to be fuel injected. I'm not fucking around with carbs. I assume all Harleys started F1 in 2006? Have any of you guys owned a Harley...if so...which one and how did...or do...you like it. I'm up in the air to which one to buy. A Heritage Special with the bags, crash bar and windshield removed isn't out of the question.

If you were gonna buy a Harley...which would it be.

Steve's got a good point.     if you have to buy a bandwagon, perhaps consider getting on a bandwagon that's just a little bit different than the one everybody else is on.

Also: Hardlys are overpriced garbage.

Went to Mackies Harley Davidson today. Keeping an eye out for a Softail Deuce. They had a 2006 that was a show bike...but was sold by the time I got there. FU@#!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Looks like a drag bike...prolly why I'm gravitating towards it.

One of my uncles went Indian and hasn't looked back. Doesn't beat him up like the Harley. Harley's just vibrate and shake the shit out of you - that's why the chicks like them.

If you were old school, it would be a Norton!  LOL, I have some fond memories of Triumphs and BSAs from the sixties.

Nortons were nice but it would be a Vincent black shadow for me.
