Hello Chuck.

There's two ways to get email notifications.

On a per-post basis, you can click "Attachments and other options" below the post text box, and select "Notify me of replies."

Or, if you prefer you are notified of all replies to your posts, you can change the setting under your Profile > Notifications (on the left) and check next to "Turn notification on when you post or reply to a topic."
