whu whu whu sound
« on: December 14 2011, 10:12:13 PM »
Hello,  If I am driving at a steady speed and give the car about 20% more gas like to pass someone or accelerate moderately the car feels like it is between boost and no boost.  If I give it heavy or light throttle this doesn't happen.  This only happens during moderate acceleration.  The car makes a sound like when you are accelerating hard and let off. ( The horse sound everyone talks about)  Its like the boost is kicking in and out.
I can make the car do this at will by giving it just the right amount of throttle.  It is like there is a certain point when there is a dead spot or something.  I know this is confusing but this is the best I can explain.    I've set the scan master on different settings like: rpm,tps etc and didn't notice anything like a jump or dead spot.

I do have Powerlogger if ya'll think a log may help.

Thanks

i also get that
on my car it feels like boost surge.
Most talk about having thick skin but thats just BS.
This damn attitude of "you didn't listen to us/me now you should burn in hell for it" really sucks.
